Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, due to a unique rhizome-dependent system. Certain species of bamboo can grow 91 cm (3 ft) within a 24-hour period, at a rate of almost 4 cm (1.5 in) an hour (a growth around 1 mm every 90 seconds, or one inch every 40 minutes).
My name is Austin Clemens and I’m a professional encourager and question asker. I coach people to help them maximize their potential. I believe every business (and every person) should always be growing. I help Founders and CEOs revise, refresh, and strengthen their growth strategy to unlock revenue growth. One of my strengths is identifying unrealized potential, then helping unlock growth that leads to thriving—for the business, and for the entrepreneur personally.

I work with and advise leaders through a one-on-one coaching framework. We come up with goals together, and pursue a path of growth.
TEAMS
I provide sales training and ongoing coaching and support for sales teams. I start with a conversation with the CEO or sales lead to create an initial plan and goals, then meet regularly with the team to drive improved performance.
YOUTH
High capacity and successful adults all understand that a fulfilling life begins with a thoughtful vision, strategy, and plan. For some reason, young people rarely get exposure to this “life hack” and devise their own vision, strategy, and plan. I server as a guide, encourager, and connector in facilitating this.
